7th Street Dance Studio in Alliance presented a $3,000 donation to East Point Horspice on Jan. 11 from funds raised during the annual Christmas Recital.
“This annual Christmas recital is very dear to me because being able to give back is a way to express my gratitude to our wonderful community,” said Lori Davis, owner of 7th Street Dance Studio. “I love teaching the art of dance and performing, but I’m truly proud to be able to teach my students that each and every one of them, no matter how big or small, can make a difference in others’ lives. And, what better way is there to give back to your community than by sharing your love and light and crazy fun dance moves!”
Davis cited Mother Teresa, noting the amount does not matter—what matters most is how much love is put into giving.
“And 7th Street Dance Studio is full of love in every nook and cranny,” Davis said.
