Allard Wins Eagles Aux Scholarship

Sydney Allard won the Eagles Aux. #136 scholarship of $500.00. She plans to attend the Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyo. with plans of becoming a dental hygienist. She is the daughter of Shannon Allard.
