Police Admin:

Police Communications/Intelligence:

• Coordinated 454 calls for service.

• Completed 3 report requests.

• 3 firearm permits issued.

Police Operations:

• 12 Child Welfare Investigations.

• 1 DUI, 4 Traffic Stops.

• 10 accidents.

• 0 K9 deployments.

• 81 Building Checks.

• 24 Community Contacts/Business Checks.

• 0 Vacation House Checks.

• 12 Active Investigations.

• 20 Cases Resolved.

Animal Control:

• 25 Animal Calls.

• 2 Dog Impounds. 0 dogs currently in the shelter.

• 0 Cat Impounds. 0 cats currently in the shelter.

Code Enforcement:

• 1 Code enforcement issues.

Notable Service:

• Satisfaction rating 91.98%.

• Overall crime is down 9.3% YTD from last year YTD.

• Filled the Americorps grant position for chemical dependency support sponsored by PAARI. We will now have an individual following up on overdoses and calls where chemical dependency is involved assisting with resources.

Electric:

• Performed line maintenance on equipment prior to the storm.

• Early Tuesday morning, we performed load switching as the Broadwater Substation feeder lines were galloping and causing the breaker to open. We switched all of the Broadwater load to Cody Substation.

• Replaced a transformer feeding a residence on Tuesday afternoon.

• We have been monitoring the substations and feeder lines.

• Assisting the street department with snow removal.

• Performed vehicle maintenance.

• Assisted the Nutrition Center with meals on wheels on Friday.

HR:

• HR continues to work on data entry for Paylocity.

• Completed Onboarding with new employee Deb Lawson, Nutrition Aide at the Senior Center. Welcome Deb!

Parks:

• Prepared for snow removal and then removed snow all week.

Museum:

• Hosted and catered for a regional law enforcement training all five days this week with minimal staff.

Golf:

• Sorted inventory on Monday and closed down the pro shop for the remainder of the week.

RSVP & Senior Center:

• Once the weather cleared on Friday staff delivered 102 meals to seniors in the community. A big thank you to the Line Crew and their pickups for the assistance making deliveries!
