Gwendell G. Hohensee of Lincoln, Nebraska died on Friday, May 12, 2023 in Lincoln. He was 94 years young. Gwendell was born on July 31, 1928, to Andrew F. and Frieda L. Hohensee in Daykin, Nebraska.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1800 S. 84th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Lunch will be served after the celebration service with a family-only interment held at the Crab Orchard Cemetery in Crab Orchard, Nebraska. Memorials may be directed to Messiah Lutheran Church, Lincoln Lutheran High School, or to an organization of the donor’s choice.
