At the Keep Alliance Beautiful Recycling Center Thursday morning, May 4, Supervisor G.O. Thompson backs a trailer from Keep Chadron Beautiful into the south bay. The KCB driver and KAB staff baled corrugated and fiberboard cardboard that packed the trailer and his pickup bed, representing about 30 cubic yards (pre-compaction). This was the first of what the partnering Keep America Beautiful affiliates expect to be weekly drop off since residents packed a recent meeting in Chadron in support of expanded recycling services.
