On November 24, 2024, at approximately 4:40 a.m., the Alliance Police Department was notified of a traffic accident west of Alliance on Otoe Road. Officers quickly responded to the scene, where they discovered a white BMW involved in the crash.
Sadly, two individuals were found deceased at the scene. The victims have been identified, and next-of kin notifications have been made.
The Alliance Volunteer Fire Department, Box Butte County Sheriff’s Office and the Nebraska State Patrol also responded to the scene.
The incident ias currently under investigation by the Nebraska State Patrol. They are expected to release further details in the coming days.
