Notice is hereby given that the Box Butte County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at the Courthouse in Alliance, Nebraska, February 19, 2025, at 8:00 A.M. The purpose of such hearing shall be the approval, modification, or rejection of the One (1) and Six (6) Year Road Construction Plan prepared for Box Butte County, Nebraska as required by Section 39-2119 of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska. All persons having interest in this matter shall appear at this time and voice their recommendations or objections, if any.
