Notice is hereby given that the Alliance Planning Commission will conduct Public Hearings during their Regular Meeting, February 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., at the Alliance Learning Center: Meeting Room C, 1750 Sweetwater Ave. The Planning Commission will consider:
1. The Final Plat Application from James Karell for Karell Addition, a 9.14 acre subdivision located in Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34 and Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 35, Township 25 North, Range 48 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Alliance, Box Butte County, Nebraska, known as Lands in Corporate City Limits Parcel Number 375.
2. Annexation Petition from Jirdon Agri-Chemicals, Inc. for the inclusion of a 14.99 acre tract of land within the Corporate Limits of the City of Alliance. Such tract being located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 25 North, Range 48 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Box Butte County, Nebraska, as shown on a Record of Survey submitted to the City of Alliance with said petition, and known as Box Butte County tax parcel number 070223807.
