Hemingford’s Principal Eric Arneson Completes Nebraska’s NAESP PreK-3 Leadership Academy

Hemingford Public Schools proudly announces that Mr. Eric Arneson, Principal of Hemingford Elementary School and the district’s Assessment Coordinator, has successfully completed Nebraska’s NAESP Pre-K–3 Leadership Academy, Cohort 5. Mr. Arneson joins 26 fellow educators from across the state who engaged in a rigorous, year-long professional learning experience designed to strengthen leadership of programs serving children ages three to eight.

Nebraska’s NAESP Pre-K–3 Leadership Academy blends three face-to-face or virtual workshop days with online coursework and collaborative discussions focused on Leading Learning Communities: A Principal’s Guide to Early Learning and the Early Grades (Pre-K–3rd Grade). Throughout the program, participants deepen their knowledge of early childhood development, family engagement, data-driven decision-making, and the alignment of Pre-K–3 instruction.

“Mr. Arneson’s completion of this highly respected academy underscores his commitment to ensuring every young learner in Hemingford has the strongest foundation possible,” said Dr. Travis Miller, Superintendent of Hemingford Public Schools. “His new insights into early childhood leadership will directly benefit our students, staff, and families for years to come.”

Hemingford Public Schools congratulates Mr. Arneson and the entire Cohort 5 for their dedication to excellence in early childhood education. The district looks forward to the positive impact Mr. Arneson’s enhanced leadership will have on instructional practices, student growth, and community partnerships.
