The Panhandle Senior Women’s Golf Association hosted its first outing of 2020 on June 1 at the Chimney Rock Golf Course in Bayard. Thirty four women endured the heat and enjoyed 18 holes of golf on the nicely manicured course.
Taking first place with a score of 70/57.46 net and five birdies was Jane Faber, Vicky Dimas and Sheila Roberts. Second place with a score of 76/63.51 net and two birdies was Gina Briggs, Sue Williams and Jane Holechek. Taking third place with a score of 80/66.46 net and two birdies was Becky Mikel, Londa Maron and Sue Bringelson. The fourth place team of Judy Paradeis, Connie Rasmussen and Audrey Nelson scored 81/67.35 net with one eagle!
Flag prizes were won by Gina Briggs, Sue Bringelson, Terry Espinoza, Jane Faber, Sandy Huckfeldt, Audrey Nelson, Norma Perkins and Sue Williams.
The next outing will be June 15 at the Four Winds Golf Course in Kimball.
