We hope to make these sessions a permanent part of the library’s events to help with keeping students active in learning on Fridays!
Children’s Librarian Cynthia Horn has registration continuing for LEGO Club, Story Time, and the first APL Digital Detox event, making Grandparent’s gifts. Cynthia’s projects this week included KCOW announcements, Library Board meeting, and collecting Book Mobile items and delivery. She also worked on overdue lists and preparations for fall programs. Her ongoing projects include cataloging, backpack maintenance and inventory, and updating the website and book displays.
Adult Services Librarian Stephanie Hamilton delivered books to Highland Park Assisted Living Center, prepared for book clubs and presentations, maintained displays, and helped at the front desk with circulation.
