Alliance junior wrestler Trini Trejo celebrated his 100th career win on Saturday at the Sidney Invitational.
Trejo ended in third place for the Bulldogs. Alliance had a pair of silver medalists. At 215, Junior Lucas Weber took second while sophomore Colter Tolstedt got the silver at 285. Overall, Alliance had seven wrestlers who finished in the top four. Thirteen teams took the mat with Gering winning the team title with 225.5 points. Mitchell was the runner up with 198.5 points. Ending sixth was Alliance who tallied 136 points. Schools attending were: Gering, Mitchell, Torrington, Bridgeport, Sidney, Alliance, Burns/Pine Bluffs, Hemingford, Chase County, Ogallala, Kimball, Minatare, and Scottsbluff.
