Hemingford Ends Third at Bayard

Track meet #3 for Hemingford took place Thursday in Bayard. With 75 points, the Bobcat boy’s squad finished third. Burns won the meet with 115 while Bridgeport placed second with 94 tallies. Burns also won the girls team title with 108 with Southeast ending second with 107 points. The Hemingford scored 4 points which was good for fifteenth. A total of sixteen schools competed in the event. Hemingford had one gold medalist as Austin Benda was first in the 2 mile.
