The Alliance Police Department and Box Butte County Sheriff’s office have partnered with the Alliance Dairy Queen. Both law enforcement agencies have a desire to serve the community and enjoy interacting with law abiding citizens. The Dairy Queen has graciously provided cards to both agencies awarding a free small blizzard to individuals when an officer or deputy contact them for a good deed.
Whether it’s children or adults, if an individual is observed contributing to our community in a notable fashion they may receive a card.
Police Chief Lukens said, “It’s a delight to work in tandem with Sheriff Mowry who shares the vision of rewarding the contributors to a great community. We are grateful for the generosity from Dairy Queen allowing for such a program.”
