The Alliance track meet scheduled to happen on April 14 will be rescheduled to May 2.
According to Athletic Director Anita James an Alliance High School graduate was involved in a fatal car accident on April 10. The graduate’s funeral service will be on the same day the track meet was scheduled to take place.
James said she made this decision with the graduates coaches, teammates and the community in mind, giving everyone the opportunity to attend the funeral.
