When I was young there was an old saying, “If you take care of your pennies the dollars will take care of themselves.” Maybe in our modern day it doesn’t mean so much.
One can see pennies laying on the street quite often anymore. But maybe it could also mean , “address small problems before they become big?” After living many years I have a saying, “Trust in the Spirit of God and life will take care of itself.”
To be a Christian is to learn to love and love is painfully, painfully honest, not just with every one of your friends but with your very own self. It is difficult for us as proud human beings to see ourselves as we truly are and that is were the tire meets the road.
The Spirit is so uplifting, full of truth, full of love, full of contentment, full of wisdom. Every day is very precious, let the Spirit make you painfully truthful so that He can take away your pain, all because He loves you dearly.
