Notice is hereby given that the Alliance City Council will conduct a Public Hearing during their Regular City Council Meeting, May 6, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., at the Alliance Learning Center: Meeting Room C, 1750 Sweetwater Ave. The City Council will consider the Annexation Petition from Jirdon Agri-Chemicals, Inc. for the inclusion of a 14.99 acre tract of land within the Corporate Limits of the City of Alliance. Such tract being located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 25 North, Range 48 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Box Butte County, Nebraska, as shown on a Record of Survey submitted to the City of Alliance with said petition, and known as Box Butte County tax parcel number 070223807.
