City of Alliance crews will make their way throughout the city to pick up Christmas trees, with a deadline of Friday, Jan. 5. The city of Alliance announced the effort on Dec. 29, asking that citizens place their trees in front of their properties on the curbside easement. They ask that all decorations be removed from the tree prior to pickup. City officials also ask that the trees not be placed in the alleys or dumpsters.
