Harley Keenan from Alliance has earned a spot in the American Poolplayers Association (APA) Poolplayer Championships in Las Vegas after winning his skill level tier at the Western Nebraska APA 8-Ball Singles Regional Championships held recently in North Platte.
Taking second place and a cash prizes at the 9-Ball Singles Regional Championship was Tony Buethe from Alliance.
Players that advance to the Vegas Championship events compete with others at or near their own skill level for up to $15,000 first place cash and prizes. Players also enjoy a generous travel allowance, paid entry fees/greens fees and complimentary lodging at Westgate Las Vegas Resort and Casino, site of the APA Championships.
