Alliance School Board (ASB) has put everything on the line by letting the Alliance School System become a major COVID Spreader because they refuse the use of mandatory masks. This is just more of the poor leadership decline that has been going on in our ASB for years. Now they are playing God with our kids and letting our kids get sick.
Their actions have helped make our community sick and the community is getting sicker every day. This is way bigger than the schools now.
They have been warned by State of Nebraska officials numerous times and they ignore common sense and solid plans to control the COVID. It is sad that ASB will risk our kids and throw them under the bus along with their families for political theater to get their names in the news.
People will not forget or forgive people for using their kids and families for stupid political theater.
There will a reckoning if this goes bad and I think it will. I believe this is getting closer every day to civil and criminal liability. I do not support any taxpayer bailout for the ASB. If these idiots are to stupid to see this will not end very well, taxpayers should not have to pay for this runaway school board
When it hits their parents and grandparents and nursing homes that will be another story. ASB has the power to stop COVID spreading in schools by mandatory masks, just do not care…
