Forecast discussion for the week ahead:
After a hot month of August, we turn the page into September where heat waves get less and less likely. The rest of our week ahead is looking at the 80s for highs. In fact, we may not get out of the 70s for highs by the end of the weekend! We’ll start to warm back up next week, with some of us getting close to 90 by the middle of the week. Precipitation chances are small but we may see some showers and storms on and off through the weekend.
