10 a.m.: Uncover the secrets about bighorn sheep and learn their adaptations and the research being conducted during the Wildcat Hills Homeschool Program Bighorn Sheep at Wildcat Hills State Recreation Area. The program is free, but a vehicle park entry permit is required.
1 p.m.: Story Time for ages 3 to 6 will take place at the Alliance Public Library.
6 p.m.: Humanities Nebraska Speaker Charlotte Endorf will present “Nebraska Spirit: The North Platte Canteen” at the Alliance Public Library.

5:30 p.m.: Once again, the Marine Corps. will celebrate its birthday at the VFW in Alliance. Social hour at 5:30 p.m. Supper at 6:30 p.m. Only for Marines and their families, as well as corpsmen. Contact Dr. Taylor at 308-760-1523 with choice of steak or shrimp.

11:30 a.m.: The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 7 will meet at St. John’s Lutheran Church.
Wed. Nov. 15
4-6 p.m.: The Community Services Program at NCAP and the Alliance Senior Center will sponsor a Mobile Food Pantry at the Senior Center located at 212 Yellowstone Ave in Alliance. Volunteers will load boxes into your vehicle.

1 p.m.: Story Time for ages 3 to 6 will take place at the Alliance Public Library.
Sun. Nov. 19
1-4 p.m.: Country Music Jamboree at the Chadron Senior Center. Music by Allan Clapp and the Country Line Band. No cover charge and everyone is welcome.
