Ballots were delivered to the Alliance Post Office for the upcoming general election. Box Butte County Clerk Judy Messersmith announced that polling sites will all be open on Nov. 3 for the general election. Hemingford will vote at the Parish Center in Hemingford. City of Alliance residents will vote at the Burkholder Building. Precincts 11 and 12 will vote at the County Courthouse.
