Beonville R. Bullock (Bee), age 75, went to meet his Heavenly Father on October 2, 2022, surrounded by his immediate family following a courageous battle with Parkinson’s Disease.
Bee was born in Alliance, Nebraska, on March 23, 1947, to Elbert C. and Norma June Bullock.
Bee lived most of his life in Alliance. He attended school there and graduated in 1966. He was an accomplished athlete. He entered the Navy after high school and served in Vietnam. After serving in the military, Bee graduated from Chadron State College. He married Patricia Nicholson (Patty) on December 20, 1970, and they had two children.
Bee is survived by his wife, Patty; daughter, Lisa (Stan) Kingsley; son, Curt Bullock; three grandchildren, Kyrstin (Jared) Schleicher, Kyarra Bullock, and Kai Bullock; two great-grandchildren, Ollie Schleicher, and Charleigh Schleicher. Bee is also survived by his brother, Steven Bullock; two sisters-in-law, Cindy (Steve) Ford and Cindy Nicholson; brother-in-law, Craig (Helga) Nicholson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bee was proceeded in death by his mother, father, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and brother-in-law.
Bee was employed with Burlington Northern/ Santa Fe Railroad until his retirement. After retirement, Bee and Patty moved to Missouri. There he continued doing what he loved which was all kinds of woodworking, yard work and landscaping. He also loved spending time with his family and always enjoyed their visits. Bee had a blessed life with family, friends and always had God’s word in his heart to live by.
Visitation will be held from 12:00-1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 14, 2022, at the Alliance Berean Church in Alliance, Nebraska, with a funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Paul Biggers officiating. Burial will follow at the Nebraska Veterans Cemetery in Alliance, Nebraska.
