Burke moved to accept the sales tax report of property sold at the public tax sale for delinquent taxes on March 3, 2025 presented by County Treasurer Valery Bell, seconded by Ditsch. The Handbook Committee has requested the Commissioners review the travel reimbursement policy daily per diem rate of $40.00 and consider implementing the per diem rates established by the United States General Service Administration for the state of Nebraska. Road Superintendent Keegan provided a road and equipment report. Keegan presented the bidding requirements for the 2025 Armor Coat Application and Hauling. Burke moved to accept the Armor Coat Hauling Bid from Tyler Kulas at $18.50/ton in the amount of $14,615.00 (Project #1) and $20.50/ton in the amount of $22,345.00 (Project #2), seconded by Ditsch. Sautter moved to accept the Armor Coat Application Bid from Midwest Coatings Co, Inc. at $.56/sq yd in the amount of $89,624.08, seconded by Ditsch. Sautter, yes; Ditsch, yes; Burke, yes.
