The Box Butte County Republican Party will hold their county convention on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Alliance Public Library, Rooms A&B. Coffee and pre-registration will be held at 10:15 a.m., with Call to Order at 10:30 a.m.
While all registered county Republicans are welcome, only registered delegates are eligible to vote. The Box Butte County Executive Committee encourages registered Republicans in the county to go to the county clerk’s office at the Box Butte County Courthouse and register for the county convention. It takes five minutes. Those wishing to register as a county delegate must be a registered Republican in Box Butte County. The deadline to register is March 1, 2024.
Registered delegates will be able to elect Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, as well as up to three delegates and alternative delegates for the Nebraska Republican Party Convention to be held at the Cornhusker Hotel in Lincoln, May 17-18.
