The Alliance boys basketball team produced another victory on the road last week after winning against the Rapid City Christian Comets.
The Comets started the game strong, outscoring Alliance by one point in the first quarter 23-22. However, Alliance’s defense was quick to respond in the second quarter, limiting Rapid City Christian to four points in the quarter while posting 17 of their own.
The comets responded in the third quarter, outscoring Alliance 16-13. In the final quarter, Alliance edged out Rapid City Christian scoring 21 points to their 18, giving the Bulldogs a 73-61 victory over the Comets.
On Tuesday, the boys took on North Platte in a game that was postponed from Saturday. The results of the game were not available as of press time. The boys headed into the game 16-5 on the season.
