The Alliance Bulldogs traveled to Sidney on Saturday to compete in the Sidney/Bridgeport Invite, with three wrestlers bringing home some hardware from the invite. The following are the results from the invite:
113: Aaron Seebohm, of Alliance, won against Aiden Narvais, of Gering, Fall 5:03, in the quarterfinal. In the semifinal, Aaron Seebohm won against Jadon Skavdahl, of Sioux County, Dec. 6-0. In the first-place match, Thomas Hughston, of Mitchell, won against Aaron Seebohm, Fall 3:24. Seebohm placed second.
120: In the championship round one, Tate Thompson, of Alliance, received a bye. In the quarterfinal, Quinton Chavez, of Gering, won against Tate Thompson, Fall 1:31. In the consolation round two, Tate Thompson received a bye. In the consolation semifinal, Chase McGrath, of Bridgeport, won against Tate Thompson, Fall 1:31.
