The AHS Boys Golf Team had a tough tournament in Scottsbluff on April 25, where they had placed 10th out of 11 teams in division one with a team score of 370.
The Bulldogs struggled in the Scottsbluff tournament, where they had not placed individually. However, the tournament was not a total loss, as the Bulldogs take lessons learned from mistakes that had been made to grow their game and remain optimistic.
“Well we had a rough go of it on the greens again today. That’s something we will continue to work on. I’m continued to be impressed with their perseverance as they are always competing. All the things that hurt us today can be fixed so we’re optimistic,” said Coach Brandt Banzhaf.
