Childcare Providers Invited to a Networking Event Discussing the 4-Day School Week Survey Results

Box Butte County Community for Kids (C4K) invites all local childcare providers and to a special event where they can gain insight into how the upcoming 4-day school week at Alliance Public Schools may impact families and childcare needs in the community.

The event will be held on March 18 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Theater Room at the Knight Museum, located at 908 Yellowstone Ave., Alliance.

C4K will present key findings from their recently completed survey concerning the 4-Day School Week, providing valuable data on how families anticipate adjusting their childcare arrangements. Following the presentation, providers will have the opportunity to participate in a roundtable discussion to share insights, voice concerns, and explore potential solutions together.

“This event is designed to bring providers together to discuss what this change means for their businesses and the families they serve,” said Hannah Robinson, C4K Community Coordinator. “We want to ensure childcare professionals have the information and support they need to navigate this shift successfully.”

  • Participate in roundtable discussions with fellow childcare providers.

  • Earn 1.5 training hours toward professional development.
