The City of Alliance is working with Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) to announce a planned power outage for the Alliance area. The outage will be Sunday, May 21, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. The reason for the outage is to install new hardware on the switch that feeds the City of Alliance. This work will be in the WAPA 10th street substation.
