The Alliance Police Department and Box Butte County Sheriff’s Office is seeking your assistance with locating Harley Salway, who was inadvertently released from jail without posting bond.
Officers and Deputies believe he may be in Alliance or Scottsbluff. Harley is described as a white male, gray hair, hazel eyes, 6’01” and approximately 165 pounds.
