Lee Emerson Osborne. Born in Alliance,Nebraska, December 14,1936 died in Creswell,Oregon December 22, 2021. He lived life with this wonderful laugh for 85years. His roots in Alliance were what made him an excellent coach, teacher, son, father, and husband. In memory of Lee do something nice for your fellow citizen. RIP Lee.
