Notice is hereby given that on the 9 day of June, 2025, a petition was filed in the District Court of Box Butte County, Nebraska, the object and prayer of which is to change a minor child’s name from:
Kirra Jean Bergen to the preferred new name of Kyra Jean Bradford.
A hearing will be had on said petition before the Honorable Travis O’Gorman in courtroom no. Basement-524 Box Butte Ave, Alliance, NE, on the 9 day of July, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as will be convenient for the court and that unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary, the minor child’s current name will be changed to the preferred new name listed above.
