Butte County, Nebraska, the Registrar issued a written Statement of Informal Appointment of
Personal Representative in Intestacy and that Richard Justin Sanders (903 Missouri Ave,
Alliance, NE 69301) was informally appointed by the Registrar as Personal Representative of
the estate of Robert Kenneth Sanders. Creditors of this Estate must file their claims within two
(2) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred.
