Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of February, 2025, in the County Court of Box Butte County, Nebraska, the Registrar issued a written Statement of Informal Appointment of Personal Representative in Intestacy and that Juliana Maree Baxter (183 Mesilla Dr., Jerome, ID 83338) was informally appointed by the Registrar as Personal Representative of the estate of Frank Milton Hanny. Creditors of this Estate must file their claims within two (2) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or be forever barred.
