The following described property will be sold at public sale to the highest bidder at the location of Lot D14 Meadows Court, Alliance, NE 69301 on January 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. MDT:

subject to any and all real estate taxes, liens, special assessments, easements, covenants and restrictions of record.
TERMS OF SALE: The sale shall remain open for a period of 10 minutes unless there is active bidding. In that event, the sale shall close five minutes after the last bid. The successful bidder shall immediately deposit with the Seller an amount equal to 100% of the purchase price, in cash or certified funds, at the time of the sale. This requirement is waived when the successful bidder is a representative of Seller. This sale is being made without any warranties, express or implied, as to title or condition of the property and the property is being sold as is.
The successful bidder shall be required to either (A) remove the manufactured home from the premises within seven (7) days of the sale, or (B) submit an application for and enter into a month-to-month written lot rental agreement with the park management for the lot upon which the property sits within seven (7) days of the sale. If the application for tenancy in the park is denied, you will be required to instead
proceed under option (A) and remove the home from the premises within seven (7) days.
This sale is being held pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. §§ 52-601.1 through 52-605 to settle costs and fees associated with the home as it has been in the care and under the diligence of the seller on the property of the seller for more than 90 days. A certified letter indicating that the home would be sold if it was not retrieved and costs paid was sent to the last registered owner as required by statute and no response was received within the required time.
