Notice is hereby given that Dirty Cattle Co., LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, has been organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska, with its initial designated office at 138 Burnham Drive, Alliance, Box Butte, Nebraska 69301. The initial agent for service of process at said office is Dustin L. Daugherty whose mailing and physical address 138 Burnham Drive, Alliance, Box Butte County, Nebraska 69301. The purposes for which the Company is organized are primarily to carry on all business of agriculture, including farming, ranching, livestock production and marketing, and all actions related or incidental thereto, including all uses, acts, and purposes, incidental or related thereto and to do any lawful act concerning any and all lawful business, other than banking and insurance, for which a limited liability company may be organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska. Perpetual existence of the Company commenced when the Certificate of Organization was filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State on May 6, 2025. The affairs of the Company are to be conducted by the Member(s) pursuant to an Operating Agreement duly adopted by the Company.
