NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Alliance City Council may have a possible quorum at the City Manager finalists Luncheon on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 11:45 a.m., at the Knight Museum and Sandhills Center, 908 Yellowstone Avenue, Alliance, Nebraska. This City Manager finalists Luncheon is not pursuant to the Nebraska Open Meetings Act and no official action will be taken.
