Notice is hereby given that written protests to the issuance of automatic renewal of license may be filed by any resident of the County of Box Butte on or before February 10, 2025, in the office of the Box Butte County Clerk and that in the event protests are filed by three or more such persons, hearing will be had to determine whether continuation of the license should be allowed.
Upon the conclusion of any hearing required by this section, the local governing body may request a licensee to submit an application as provided in section 53-135.
