Record owner of the property as of the recording of the Notice of Default is reported to be Trey McCoy. The highest bidder will deposit with the Trustee, or the attorney for the Trustee, a $5,000.00 deposit in the form of a bank or credit union cashier’s check or a bank official check, payable to Halliday, Watkins & Mann, P.C.
