At 11:07 a.m. Monday the Alliance Police Department received a 911 call reporting a motor vehicle accident at 10th and Emerson. All vehicles were traveling westbound on 10th when a white 2019 Ford Explorer, driven by Sharon Libsack, stopped to allow a pedestrian to cross.
A white 2011 Ford Fusion, driven by Kahle O’Gorman, stopped behind the first vehicle. A third vehicle, a black 2008 GMC Yukon, driven by Aliyah Rabago F/W DOB 7/1/2002, struck the rear of the white Fusion propelling it into the white explorer.
Witnesses on the scene stated they heard no brakes before the collision.
Rabago was transported from the scene by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries. Rabago was cited for Driving Under Revocation.
