The Alliance catcher would then steal second and score on a Buckley wild pitch. Xander Narjes then reached and score the Spartans fifth run and another RBI ground out by Nelson. After three innings of action Alliance lead grew to 5 to 2. With Hamel now pitching in the fourth for the Spartans, the guests would tallying another run.
