for the purpose of considering a project(s) for which financial assistance is being sought from the Federal Transit Administration, pursuant to the Federal Transit ACT (FTA), generally described as follows:
At this meeting, Senior Services, Inc. will afford an opportunity for interested people or agencies to be heard with respect to the social, economic and environmental aspects of the project. Interested people may submit orally or in writing evidence and recommendations with respect to said project(s).
Description of Project(s):
II. Point-to-point transportation services defined as any non-fixed route system of transporting individuals that may or may not require advanced scheduling by the customer.
III. Intercity bus service intercity defined as regularly scheduled bus services, to connect rural communities to larger population centers, that have the capacity to transport passengers and to carry luggage.
IV. To establish fare rates for local and intercity bus transportation throughout the Open Plains Transit service area.
