Robert E. Schefcik, Sr., 51, died Friday, November 5, 2021 at Box Butte General Hospital.
Robert was born December 9, 1969 in Omaha, Nebraska to Ronald E. and Olevia M. (Eversull) Schefcik.
He married Nina Bartrow on May 14, 1993 in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Robert was an over the road truck driver for Kelley Services. He enjoyed his work and drove for over 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Nina Schefcik of Alliance; his children, Charlene (Bo) Walters of Alliance, Robert Jr. (Nicole) Schefcik of Alliance, Brandi (Tyler) Wright of Lincoln and Ashley Schefcik of Scottsbluff. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; his sisters, Yvonne (Ron) Covert of Hot Springs, SD, and Eunice (Anthony) Borill of Crowley, LA; his brother, Travis Schefcik of Pensacola, FL; and many other extended family members. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of Robert’s life will be held Sunday, November 14, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Gathering Spot Bar & Grill in Alliance.
