Rodney Kriz passed away on November 18, 2023 at his home in Alliance.
Rodney M Kriz was born in the great year of 1969. He grew up in a small loving family of Marcus and Betty Kriz, and with his older sister Roxi Kriz, with many aunts and uncles all around. Rodney, also known as “Rod” or “Roddy” would spend his life tending to normal responsibilities on the farm. Helping his dad with the cattle/farm during the day, and going out to hang with his friends by the evening. Although Rodney was born a farmer, he still had many other jobs growing up including working at the Old Central School, paper delivery boy, a handyman, and the occasional plumber. Never shy to lend a hand if needed. He considered himself a “jack of all trades”.
Rodney spent his free time kicking back, and doing the things he loved. Which included fishing, working on his cars, making sure his lawn and garden looked the best, hanging out with friends, and always ready to party! Although his ways were a bit untraditional to some, he always made sure to get stuff done the “Rodney way”. He always knew how to have a good time, even in the worst of times.
Rodney was preceded in death by his sister, Roxi Reed, his mother, Betty Pebley and his father, Marcus Kriz. May they all rest in peace.
