RSVP is hosting their annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day food drive. The food drive will run through Friday, Jan. 22. In the past, volunteers collected donations at the Alliance Grocery Kart. This year due to COVID-19, volunteers will be going door to door using a contactless approach to collecting donations. You can have volunteers pick up donations by calling RSVP Director Angie Flesner with an address where items may be left outside and picked up after 1 p.m. Donations can also be left through Friday at the Alliance Senior Center, located at 212 Yellowstone Avenue, in the front of the building, again to remain contactless. All donated items will be taken to local food pantries.
