Track meet #4 for the Alliance High School track teams took place Friday in Broken Bow. The Bulldogs were one of 11 teams participating in the event. Cozad with 123 points won the team title for the boys while Alliance was ninth with 16 points. For the girls, it was the Bison from McCook taking first with 79 points. Alliance netted 11 points which was good for 11th. Gothenburg was second in the boys with 100 points while Broken Bow took the runner up trophy in the girl’s division with 74 points. Top placer for Alliance was Shyla Salcido who ended third in the shot with a season best throw of 38′ 1/4. For the Alliance boy’s squad, the Dogs had three athletes place fourth. Will Zurn was fourth in mile, Devin Graham took fourth in the high jump, and Lucas Weber was fourth in the shot.
