Sandra (Sande) Sue Kosmicki 82, passed away quietly at Monument Rehabilitation and Care Center in Scottsbluff on March 15, 2020.
She was born on June 30, 1937 in Alliance Nebraska to Donald Brockway and Emerald (Campbell) Brockway.
On September 22, 1956 she married Mike Kosmicki in Alliance and had three children, Kim, Kirt and Kelly. Mike and Sande lived in Alliance until deciding to follow their children to Las Vegas, NV in 1990. In 2016 they moved back to the panhandle and resided in Mitchell, Nebraska. She and Mike were married for 63 years. Sande was a proud parent and devoted wife. Come rain or shine, you would always see her and Mike at every sporting event their children participated in.
Sande is preceded in death by her Mother Emerald, Father Donald, Sister Bobbie, Aunts Opal, Ruby, and Pearl, Stepbrother David and Son-in-Law Dan Pangilinan.
Sande is survived by her loving husband Mikey, children Kim (Curtis) Gentz of Mooringsport, LA, Kirt Kosmicki of Las Vegas, NV and Kelly Pangilinan of Escalon, CA. Grand children Tony (Sara) Tolstedt, Mackenzie (Cody) Courtney, Morgan and Mia Kosmicki, Leighton, Aaron and Owen Pangilinan. Brothers in-Law Pat (Eleanor) Kosmicki and Tim (Peggy) Kosmicki. Great Grandchildren, Thayne, Brianne, Kane, Cole, Tyson, Emery, Parker and Avery along with several nieces and nephews.
A memorial will be held at a later date in Las Vegas, Nevada. Memorials can be sent to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA).
