Box Butte County Treasurer Valery Bell would like to remind everyone that the second half of real estate and personal property taxes are due by Aug. 31.
People may utilize the dropbox located on the North side of the Slagle building, or visit the Treasurer’s Office at the Box Butte County courthouse between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. When paying online at www.nto.us, the “echeck” option will charge $1, whereas the credit/debit card option will charge 2.35 percent.
